Returns Policy

Returns must be made within 14 of receipt of purchase.


To return a Magic Touch Promotions Ltd product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. If the item is faulty, please include an image to support our investigation.

Once we have issued the RMA number, it must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.


What can be returned: Only items that have been pre-designed by Magic Touch Promotions Ltd can be returned. All returns must be in new condition in their original packaging. If there are any signs of wear, the item(s) cannot be returned.


What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items must be in as new condition. Items that are not in their original packaging, or with signs of wear cannot be returned.

Personalised items that have been designed by the user cannot be returned unless faulty. Items cannot be returned due to:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.


Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.


To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
